Macallan seeks to foster stronger emotional bonds with its clientele by creating more immersive sensory experiences.
SOLUTION
We run sensory immersion sessions and workshops with Macallan's global advocacy team, empowering them to tell captivating stories through the senses. A Sensory strategy enhances tasting experiences, intertwining emotions with the brand narrative and whiskey flavours. Experiential research delves into customer sensory preferences, generating new insight whilst engaging premium clients with the brand's story and evolution.
RESULTS
